We are delighted to offer a stunning En-suite bedroom in a beautiful house in the heart of Sutton.

Please note: Couples welcome for £260/£270 per week.

We do not charge a deposit. However, to secure the room, a £200 holding fee is required. This amount will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please send your documents via email. Then, you will need to visit our office to pay the following:

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 to cover utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you decide to extend the contract on a rolling basis after the initial three months, no additional payment for utilities will be required.

We offer maintenance service, cleaning, and Wi-Fi as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills and are not charged. They are provided to maintain our high standards.

All the flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, so we are looking for someone who can maintain the same standards.
