En-suite In Sutton - No Deposit + Bills Included!

We're proud to offer a bright en-suite bedroom in a lovely house located in the vibrant Sutton area, close to local amenities.

House Features:

The communal area is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We do not charge a deposit; however, the following is required:

A £200 holding deposit is required to secure the room, which will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please email your documents. You will then need to visit our office to pay the following.

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 covers utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

After the initial three months, if you decide to stay with us, there won’t be any additional cost for utility bills.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge — they’re on us and not included in the bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!

All the flatmates are young professionals who are clean, respectful, and easygoing, so we’re looking for someone similar to join the household.
