The flat is located between Sutton and Sutton Common both 10-15 min walking distance with good connections into central. There is a Lidl, Sainsburys, Asda within a 5 min walk and the high street and all those benefits are right on its doorstep.

You will be living with only myself. I am a 32 year old professional and work at a creative agency on a hybrid basis so will be in the office a couple of times a week. I like to go out with my friends, going to the gym, and am sports obsessed so would like someone who shares that passion. I lived in house shares before purchasing my own property, I am social and outgoing but also like my quiet time. I would like someone I will get on with and can socialise with.
