I'll be renting out a double room, the room is roughly 3.8m².
All bills will be included, other than a TV licence. There is fast internet avaliable at 1GBPS up and down. With Wi-Fi 6.
A very large garden is included in the rental roughly 100m², although the shape isn't standard. You can do as you please with the garden too. I dont use it.
I ask for 5 weeks rent as a deposit, the flat is fully electric.
I do a lot of traveling for work as a consultant so I'm normally only home three evenings a week or less.
For now I am looking to speak with potential renters and maybe meet for a coffee as I'd like to meet the person I may rent a room to first and get to know them a little for mutual safety. The rooms being renovated are your room, Bathroom and Kitchen.
There is scope to move in with a discount as some works continue, with a temporary discount to account for this if someone needs to move in fast.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.
Appliances included in the kitchen are -
Washer/dryer
Cooker
Firdge freezer
Within the rented room you can decorate everything as you like all I ask is that a rug is put down out of respect for the downstairs neighbour.
Minimum age would be 25. Long term renters would be preferred.
If you have references please share these in your intial message so if I may offer the room to you I can perform my checks. I also ask that you can prove your employment duration just to add further security.
Prefered renter type,
Independent, happy to chill and have a laugh when I'm around and not working.
Pays rent on time, occasionally having a delay is fine with a little heads up. Life happens I get that.
