Short-Term Room to Rent – Spacious House in Sutton

We’re looking for a tenant to rent out a spare room in our house on a short-term basis, as the property is currently on the market to sell. We’ll be able to give at least 1 month’s notice before you’d need to move out.

The house is shared with myself (28), my brother (41), and our cat. Our niece/daughter also stays with us on weekends. We’re easygoing, friendly, and looking for a working professional who’s the same.
