Spacious and bright loft room

We are looking for university student or full time working female . We are a family with 3 teenage girls and a Labrador dog. Hence we want someone who don’t mind having pet at home. Our dog is not going upstairs and not bothering others . Me and my husband both working full time
Our place is close to Glenthrone high school , 2 minutes to bus stop where you can go to Morden (Nothern line) . High street is 15 minutes from bus . Shops in 2 minutes walking distance. Our house is situated in a very convenient location. There is another room and bathroom in loft and another bathroom in first floor . Hence loft bathroom not sharing all 5 of us. This is a 5 bedroom semi detached house, Kitchen can be shared . Non smokers and only need some one keep the place clean .wardrobe will be provided
