Double room / house sit, great location, townhouse

I’m a professional full time worker who spends significant time away from home. I’m looking for someone interested in a double room but also comfortable with being home alone for periods of time. I will come and go relatively frequently and sometimes my grown up family will be around.

The house is a 3 bed townhouse with recent refurb and kitchen / diner extension. The double room is on the first floor, kitchen and shower-room facilities are on the ground floor. Private family use of the 3rd floor. There will be use of a separate fridge and plenty of kitchen cupboard space as well as access to the rear garden area.

All bills are included and a cleaner comes weekly.

Bedroom is furnished with plenty of drawer space and a hanging rail. Desk / chair included as required.

I’m looking for a mature, professional female to rent the room and care for the house on days when I’m away from home.
