Single room available for 450 including bills

Looking for a replacement for my room in Sutton High Street. I will be moving out on November 16th, and I am looking for someone to move in around that time. It's a very nice place, a 5-bedroom apartment shared by 7 people. The rent is 385, 450 including bills. Please let me know if you are interested as soon as possible because the contract change process takes around a week max. Also to move in one needs around 12k either in savings or yearly salary (UK housing rules).
