Spacious Double room on ground floor of house-

We are looking for one person to come and join our household community, we have to offer a large spacious double bed in room on the ground floor in house.

All three of us have been living at the property a long time and consider ourselves friends. We laugh, eat & share time together but also give each other space as we all do shift work. I work for the NHS & J&F work in care.

We would like someone to wants a conversation at the end of the day, whilst catching up in the kitchen. But is happy doing their own thing. We all do care about the world we live in and we all share similar values and politics is involved in that.

Within the house:

The room is newly refurbished, with a large cupboard and chest of draws being delivered very soon. Storage under the bed.

A large shared living room with a cosy vibe and many dinners are shared there. A lot of natural light. People can put up art work and the bookshelf is up for everyone.

A large kitchen with a gas hob and plenty of cupboard space. Dishwasher/washing machine/ tumble dryer /×2 fridges and 1 large freezer.

A large garden where there is options to sit and rest or BBQ in the summer.

We share one bathroom but all three of the current housemates work shift work and dont normally clash with our schedules.

There is access to the loft so you can put large storage items up there.

-Also maybe not a great option for shift workers because the room is ground floor, the front door opening and closing can be heard and we wouldnt want to disturb sleeping time.
-- No pets please, we tried twice before and both ended poorly
---we really care about the property being clean and we all take care of it. We dont hire a cleaner because we all would rather spend the money on other things but we share the cost of the items needed for cleaning (around every 6 weeks) but we all clean at various points throughout the week.
