Great location- newly furnished double room

Double furnished room in a small and cosy house (live in Landlord). Newly decorated and all new furniture. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Use of garden and dining room if required. Cosy lounge is my own personal space (always up for a chat or coffee though!). A bit about me....I work 3 days a week with one day working from home. I am positive, down to earth, easy going, laid back (but I will say something if I am unhappy and why shouldn't I lol), caring, honest, clean and tidy. This isn't a party house. It's peaceful and quiet. I like a variety of things from travelling, theatre, cinema, live music, festivals, nature/wildlife, National Trust Places, and spending time with family and friends. I also like walking. I am happy in my own company and love nothing more than spending time indoors pottering and watching TV (or sitting in the garden), having a chilled/lazy day. It's important to be able to reset with life being so busy. I love wildlife and I ensure they are fed and watered (well we all deserve that eh lol). I love my home immensely. I am sociable but equally like my own space and respect the same for any new lodger. Don't feel you need to spend time with me; you do whatever you need to do (I won't be offended lol). I am looking for a professional female who is honest, open, quiet, clean, tidy and trustworthy. Pets considered. Could you be my new lodger......?
