Great location- newly furnished double room

Double furnished room in a small and cosy house. Prefer professional working female. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Use of garden and dining room if required. Lounge is my own private space (don't mind a chat or coffee though). I am looking for someone who is honest, tidy, clean, trustworthy, respectful and quiet. This is not a party house. The room is newly decorated and has all new furniture so I would like this kept spotless and ensure it's looked after. Pets considered. I have had cats in the past. I am easy going, like nights in and out. I am sociable but equally like my own space. I work part time - Monday to Wednesday. My home is calm and peaceful. Resident parking is available so you will need to purchase a permit. Minutes from the High Street with all amenities required. Minutes from bus stops. Just a great location with great neighbours ! Room unavailable until 1st October, but happy for viewings to take place between now and then.
