- 10 min bus from Morden Underground (Northern Line)
- 10 min walk to St Helier or Sutton Common stations
- 10 min walk from Morden Park (Lots of Festivals and Events, Great in Summer)
- Selection of gyms nearby
- Parking available

The Room
- Large double room
- Fully furnished
- Walk-in wardrobe and lots of storage
- Recently renovated, everything is new
- Own bathroom/W. C to yourself
- **Bills included** - Electricity, Gas Water, WIFI , Council tax etc

You will be sharing the house with myself Im a working professional into running, football, gym and travelling. Tend to keep it fairly tame in the week but always up for a trip to the pub/bars and a good night out come the weekend. Looking for a housemate - who is clean and tidy - and one that shares similar interests preferably but open to all.

Whilst the house is available from September, there will likely be building works taking place in the kitchen meaning the oven/hob will be out of action for a short period of time. You will still have access to Fridge, airfryer, toaster, microwave etc. Rent will likely be adjusted for the period that the Kitchen is out of action.
