Bright, homely double room in a 2nd floor flat, 10 minutes walk from Sutton station.

Have lived with many friendly flatmates from abroad, so foreign professionals working in Sutton hospital are welcome!

The room is sunny, airy, pleasing to the eye; would suit someone looking for a clean, quiet place.

Room has a big double bed, massive wardrobe, full size mirror, bedside table, 4-chest drawer, 4 cube storage unit. Room comes with own keys for privacy.

Cctv in hallway for security, broadband and free parking. The flat has no shared living room.

I (live in landlady, 35) am posted in different cities for work, so not in flat more than a day in a week.
You will be sharing the place mostly with my flatmate, 29, male pharmacist, extremely tidy. There's no queuing for bathroom, kitchen etc. as we are not in much.

We are looking for a flatmate, aged 28+, clean, quiet, responsible. I've been lucky to have flatmates who loved the place enough to live for 5 years at a stretch.

We keep the communal areas clean, wipe the kitchen and bathroom after use daily and hoover up weekly, so looking for someone who doesn't feel bad about helping out.
No party types please :-)

Rent quoted excludes + bill (roughly 35 per month).
