We are looking to share a newly refurbished 3 bedroom house with a professional, but fun-loving and clean person. There is a beautiful open plan kitchen and dining area which opens out onto a good sized South-facing garden (perfect for BBQ's!).

The kitchen has all appliances-washing machine with dryer, cooker, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms in the house and whoever takes the room will have the main bathroom as we have an en-suite. The room will have a double bed, side table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

We are 33 and 39 years old South African professionals and are looking to share with someone of a similar age and interests. We are easy going and enjoy socialising, music, good food, exercising (occassionally;) and generally sitting in with a glass of wine. We have 2 lovely cats, so please no animal haters!

The house is located on Elmbrook Road, West Sutton. It is a 3 minute walk to West Sutton station, which has direct lines to Wimbledon (12 mins), Blackfriars and Kings Cross and Sutton (5 minutes), which has direct lines to Balham, Clapham Junction, Victoria etc. There are gyms, shops and parks all within walking distance. The parking in the road is unrestricted.
