The house provides a great relaxing calming environment
This fabulous waterfall house has 2 newly refurbished bathrooms and looks just like the pictures.!!
Home seekers can pack their belonging and move in straight away to enjoy the beautiful co-living lifestyle that waterfall house provides.!!!
All rooms have modern storage furnishings with luxury comfortable deep mattress with hospital grade mattress protectors .
We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible with ring video doorbell for added security and digital locks on all doors
THE HOUSE
The large stylish kitchen has ceiling to floor fridge and freezer, microwave, 5 ring gas hob and 2 ovens , washing machine and other normal facilities. Each tenant has a Lakeland Dry Soon Electric Drier for EVERY room.
Every tenant has there own storage area for dry and wet goods accordingly.
All bills are included along with high speed WIFI and internet connection. On street parking is available .
The garden is a great place to meditate with the sound of the waterfall and nature.
LOCATION
There are plenty of local amenities most of which are award winning which including, Post Office, Chinese/Indian/Kebab takeaways, Dry Cleaners, and a Public house within five minutes walking distance.
The Bus stop from the house is 3 to 5 minutes and include:-
154 to Morden and Croydon
S1 to Mitcham Banstead and Sutton.
S3 Worcester Park to Sutton Hospital
S4 Wilson School to St Helier Hospital.
470 to Kingston and X26 to Heathrow.
Sutton, Carshalton and Carshalton Beeches are British Rail Station within which go to London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon.
