Lovely and specious double room available only 10 mins walk from Sutton station.
My fiancé and I would like to find someone to share this big house with. At the moment it's just the two of us - I am Italian and he is French - and our little Parson Terrier, Luna.
The maisonette is split on two levels and the room for rent is on the first floor. You will be the mainly user of the bathroom on the first floor - we will only use it occasionally, so no queue in the mornings :)!
We love good food (we are vegetarian), gardening, reading, watching movie, art, photography, design and we are trying to built a place to be called HOME and not just an house-share where people they don't know who they live with.
We would prefer a professional woman in her 30's, but we would welcome anyone who is very clean, respectful and it is essential that loves dogs. All the bills are included.
