Friendly Houseshare Looking For New Housemate

Hi

We have a room available to rent at £550 per month as unfortunately, our housemate Stef is leaving us.
It's a good sized double (bigger than it looks in the pics) and comes furnished.
It's available at the end of March.

The rent includes the bills but we do put money together every 4-6 weeks or so for washing up liquid, toilet roll and cleaning products etc

We don't mind anyone repainting the rooms, putting up / taking down shelves etc to make the room their own. As long as they do a decent job :0)

We have a cleaner that comes in regularly and that's included in the rent.

We're in a double end of terrace so there's 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms.

Downstairs there's a shared lounge, porch, patio and kitchen. There's also a studio off the lounge with own kitchen and bathroom.

We've got a decent patio which is good for bbqs in the summer time. There is a front garden, but until the trees get a bit bigger, it's not private.

Parkings never been an issue. No restrictions.

We have a house cat called Alf. Big handsome furball but doesn't really bother you. And he's in the studio overnight.

The four of us (Lorna, Karina, Nika and Brad) are looking for an easy going housemate. Friendly and chilled. One of us is a smoker, but only ever outside. No couples I'm afraid.

Pls don't be put off by the number of housemates. You never actually realise there's 5 people under one roof. Sometimes you won't see anyone!

More important than any of the above is that we are not just a house share, we're a home. We all like one another and spend time together occasionally but we're not in each other's faces. It's all just really relaxed

We're 10 mins wander from Sutton high street and 7 mins walk from Sutton common station
All buses very near and only takes 10 mins to get to Morden for the northern line
