Hi,

I am looking to let out my large, clean and furnished double bedroom located 5 minutes walk from Sutton Station. Flat is south facing on the 6th floor of a 10 storey block and so benefits from lots of natural sunlight and good views.

Included in the rent are all bills, including virgin superfast broadband. Furnishings include all that shown in the photo (double bed, desk+chair, 3 chests of drawers etc). Room has recently been refurbished. Parking is available around the block (via residents permit). There is also a large communal lounge area and balcony.

Ideally I am looking for a reliable and tidy non-smoking professional between 25 and 35.
