We are moving out of our lovely flat in Sutton situated on the very popular Mulgrave Road conveniently only 5-10 mins walk to the main line station and shops and are looking for either a couple or 2 people to take over our contract as our situation has changed.

The flat has one bathroom, with a big shared living room and good size kitchen, all fully furnished. It is let and managed by Haart lettings.

The master bedroom comes with 2 bedside tables, a kingsize bed, and build in mirrored wardrobes. The second bedroom has a double bed, and 2 bedside tables. It is available immediately and the rent is taken on the 21st of every month. As it is managed by an agency there will some fee's involved for referencing and contract name change as well as a deposit.
