There are plenty of convenient local amenities and the house is a 8 to 10 minute walk to Sutton high street and a 10 to 12 minute walk to Carshalton train station. The 154 bus stops very close by and takes 15minutes to Morden Tube station.

We are looking for a down to earth professional who is respectful, quiet and tidy.
