Double room in decent, friendly houseshare

There are 4 bedrooms in the main part of the house and one person in a studio downstairs to the side.

Currently only 3 people as we have a large double available shortly too)

To be honest, this house is generally so quiet. You don’t really ever realise there’s usually 5 people total in here.

The studio downstairs is separate with own bathroom/kitchen so only 4 people in the main house have the kitchen and two bathroom/shower rooms to themselves.

The room had a new paint job and carpet about a year ago so these are the older pictures. The room comes with a double bed & mattress (white pine slatted). Wardrobe can be purchased by us if needed

Along with the 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms. There’s a shared kitchen and lounge plus patio/garden area. There’s also Frankie the cat and Sevvy the gheko.

In this house, we all get on and respect eachother and we're looking for someone who can fit in with the existing housemates. When you like one another, it makes such a difference. Our rule is no drama.
We think it’s a pretty decent house to live in and each of us regard it as home.

We're a 10 min walk from Sutton high street, 15/20 min bus ride from Morden and 7 mins walk from Sutton common station / 25mins walk from Sutton station.

So many people don’t read the full ad and it gets really frustrating. So if you read this, please mention the word purple in your message back to me. I know this sounds silly but we’re getting messages from families, couples, dog owners… etc
So many people who don’t fit the criteria we listed for the house. We’re not being rude, just permanently frustrated
