We are a bunch of mature professionals looking for a housemate to replace myself in a houseshare.
House is pretty spacious with a big kitchen, large living room and a garden. We lead an active life and looking for someone similar. The rooms are regular size single rooms. They are not huge but not a boxrooms neither.
A big advantage is almost a cinema in the living room and a pleasant garden. Warm, dry garage for storage can also be included in the deal for a small additional fee. All bills are included.
We are open to rent both rooms to one person for an adjusted price if this is something what works for you. Then you could have a separate bedroom a separate study or something like that.
