We have a local parade of shops with a post office, chemist, hairdressers fish & chips/Chinese and a pub just a minute away from the house.

Carshalton Village is a short walk away with shops, leisure centre and great pubs. Sutton Town Centre is 20 min walk away or 5 min by bus, plenty of large retailers, shops, pubs n bars.

The house is in Travelcard Zone 5, fast transport into Central London - direct train to London Victoria is 25 min, (Carshalton main line train station is 8 min walk), the closet London Underground Station is Morden a 12 to 15 min journey by 157 bus.
