Hi there, thanks for stopping by and taking a read of what I have on offer.

N. B This is more then your "standard room" this is for a Flat share in it's entirety, so you will be able to spread your wings with ease. Also this flat share will just have myself as a live in NOT multiple others living here which I feel is nice for peace/quiet, less noise etc.

The room itself is lovely, clean, airy and is of double size. There is a TV point, double wardrobe with 2 additional drawers, bedside drawer. Situated on the 5th floor of a modern apartment block in the heart of Sutton High St (Top end behind Wilko). The flat has amazing views all the way into London and you can see many iconic landmarks. Manor Park (opposite the flat) is great for exercise (if that's your thing), sunbathing, and good coffee thanks to the parks outlet.

Location of the flat is prime for all amenities. There is travel links i. e bus stops on the door step and Sutton BR Station only 1 minute walk away. Direct access into Clapham Junction is only 18mins, London Victoria takes 26mins.

You will have shared use of everything, Free high speed WiFi, all white goods, bills are all included. Parking available on nearby residental roads only a short walk away 1-2mins roughly.

I'm seeking ideally an easy going professional similar to myself who would like the idea of sharing a clean tidy comfortable home with. Someone with a good personality, good conversation etc. I enjoy all the usual things from cooking, dining out, cinema, days trips to name a few.
