The vacant Bedroom is a double, comprising bed and large fitted wardrobe.

Both bathrooms have large walk in showers, toilet and sink.
Some storage space is available in the loft.

On street parking is available outside of school drop off and pick up times. 2 minutes walk to a bus stop, 15 minutes walk to Tadworth station.

Standard bills are included.

Room and rest available to rent from 10th October not before.
We can only accommodate 1 person in addition to the existing tenant.
