Ample double room available to rent in Tadworth. I live in but I will be away the first three weeks of August, so you will have the house for yourself 3 out of 4 weeks in August. Stay could be potentially extended after August as I travel often (to be negotiated and agreed).

The house is less than 5 years old and it's in great condition.

There is also a separate toilet downstairs.

Location is great. Tadworth station within 8-10 min walk, with direct trains to London bridge every 30 mins, and taking 45 minutes. Woods are accessible within 3 minutes walk, leading to Epsom Downs in 20 minutes walk. Tadworth leisure centre is 10 minutes walk away. There are multiple convenience stores, a pharmacy, a coffee shop, a spa, a barber shop and spa within a minute walking distance.
