Ample double room available to rent in Tadworth. I live in but I'm travelling most of the time, so you will have the house for yourself most of the time. I will not be in the house from early November until late April / early May (6 full months)

The house is less than 4 years old and it's in great condition as I have been the only tenant.

Location is great. Tadworth station within 8-10 min walk, with direct trains to London bridge every 30 mins, and taking 45 minutes. Woods are accessible within 3 minutes walk, leading to Epsom Downs in 20 minutes walk. Tadworth leisure centre is 10 minutes walk away. There are multiple convenience stores, a pharmacy, a coffee shop, a spa, a barber shop and spa within a minute walking distance.

Move in date could be brought forward if required.
