Hi, I'm James and I'm looking for someone to rent a room at the start of December. I'm looking for a friendly, clean, and professional flatmate for a double bedroom in a modern apartment. A bit about me, I'm a young professional working in Burgh-Heath mid-week. I like going to the gym, cooking and trying new foods, and going out with friends.

The rent will be £900.00p/m + 1 month deposit.

I use the flat for a place to stay whilst at work so will only be in the flat around 3-4 nights a week (sometimes the whole week) so the rest of the time you will have the flat to yourself.

The flat is a modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, which was a former bank building in Tadworth Village. It's about a 1-minute walk from Tadworth station and offers great links to London, local amenities, and the M25. There is plenty of free on street parking outside the flat.

The flat will be freshly redecorated and completely refurnished in November.

There's approximately 1000 sq ft of bright living space with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern, fitted appliances.

There is a well-sized double bedroom available and you'll share a modern, well-appointed bathroom. The apartment benefits from a balcony off the living area.

The building was converted/built around 2020 and will be freshly redcorated, so everything is modern and in excellent condition. Pictures are a bit blurry as just taken from the listing but I'm able to do viewings once I move in this month.
