1 bedroom for rent in a nice 3 bed semi-detached house in a cul de sac.

Close to Tattenham corner train station 10min walk.

M25 15min drive

I am the house owner and looking for a female professional is responsible to share my house with me, I like to keep the house clean and tidy.

You will have full use of the rest of the house, large living room, conservatory, kitchen and newly refurbished bathroom, there is also a small dinning room and nice little garden.

The room itself is a double and there is currently a double bed which is about 4 years old but hardly used as always been just a spare room and side table but I can put a wardrobe in if needed or can be unfurnished please just let me know which is better.

I work 9-5. 30 and have a busy social life but I do like to have evening in so would be great if we get on and became fiends but still have our own space.
