Light airy bedroom in owners flat containing fitted wardrobe chest of drawers and TV

Sharing bathroom and kitchen with owner. I am very good with privacy and timings of use of bathroom and kitchen. An office room could be made available if required

Parking is available. There is a train station with regular trains to London. Also various bus services. All within 5-10 minutes walk.

I would consider weekly lets either Monday to Friday or Monday to Sunday.

The flat is in a lovely village near Hampton court and Kingston or Surbiton and Esher The village has three pubs all serving excellent food. There is also a Chinese and Bangladesh restaurants. Plenty of coffee shops. Also budgens and post office. A library is just across the road.

Lots of pretty walks too.

I have been taking guests for many years on and off over the past 15 years.

I keep a clean and tidy flat I provide bedding and towels which I can change as requested. Also cleaning the room but only if required I would not enter the room unless instructed to do so for changing of bed linen and cleaning.
