We have a large house in a superb location close to Thames Ditton village. One single bedroom is available sharing a shower-room with one other, with limited kitchen facilities plus use of the main family kitchen, washing machine etc. TV point and wi-fi included. 10 mins walk to Thames Ditton train station (35 mins to London) and on bus routes direct into Kingston, Esher, Guildford. 5 mins drive/25 mins walk to Surbiton (15 – 20 mins to London). We are a busy friendly professional couple whose children have now left home. As we have two friendly dogs you would need to be comfortable with animals. Rent £450 pcm inclusive of costs including broadband. Lets of less than 3 months by negotiation.
