I am looking for clean and respectful individuals to live in this lovely flat. This is a house for working people who need to sleep at night and we are looking for people who will be respectful of everyone's space and peaceful living.

We are only looking for working, polite and considerate people to live in this building. In return you'll have a lovely house with front and back garden and all your bills (except broadband) included. Our cleaner will come once a fortnight for all the communal areas so there really will be nothing to worry about.

The flat has a private large garden and would happily have enough space for a large storage facility or your own garden room if you'd like to put one up.

The house is on a quiet street with private parking and free-on-street parking too. It is a five minute walk to Thornton Heath station, bus stops and shops.

The flat is recently decorated and there are lovely neighbours in the building,
