Double room available in recently-renovated beautifully decorated maisonette with garden. Share with quiet, live-in landlady.

Rent includes council tax, broadband, water. Electricity and gas not included - but boiler is new and the windows are double-glazed, so bills aren't too high - combined, they come to a total of about £50 a month (for each of us) in winter, less in summer. That's based on having the heating on for a few hours a day (morning and evening) - I don't usually have the heating on during the day.

10-15 mins' walk from Thornton Heath station (zone 4) or 15-20 mins' walk from Norbury station (zone 3). 20 min bus ride to Streatham Station.

250 bus stop and local shops 3 mins' walk away.
