The Landlord is a 60 year old single Gujarati Indian gentleman, who has a very large spare single room. Looking for an easygoing professional or reliable student. A quiet house for someone who keeps to themselves and is tidy. As long as you are respectful, do not make much noise and clean up properly, you will be warmly respected too. It will just be three people including you living in a 2 bedroom house alone! Often he is not at home either, as he works / is very active.
