I am a very tidy person and don’t like to see mess around, so looking for somebody similar.

I’m easy going and can get along with anybody.

Looking for somebody for a long term rent.

Location: Croydon (CR7). Good transport links. Walking distance to Norbury Station and you can get a bus to Croydon (bus stop is 2 min away). Lot’s of takeaway places around and Tesco Petrol Station 1min away.

The room is furnished and bigger than double room as got high ceilings (lot's of space for storage!!!). The room is not a standard square box, I would describe it as a long double (it’s 6 meters long, 2,4 meters wide and 3 meters high). Broadband and Sky TV with a TV included. The kitchen is quite big and includes a dining area. Washing machine available. The flat has a balcony. Can send more pictures if required.

I love animals and have 2 cats.
