🛋️ The house has a very spacious living room, large kitchen with dining space, full bathroom, separate WC and garden. The living room includes sofas, dining table, HD TV – perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work.
💰 All bills are included, so there is no need to worry about paying for council tax, electric, gas, water or wifi. We also have a regular professional cleaner.
🌳 There is also an amazing patio & garden for summer days and great for a spot of work or relaxation in the outdoors.
🚘 Free on street parking.

THE AREA
🚇 Local bus routes are literally on your doorstep (60, 190, 255) and Thornton Heath and Norbury stations a short walk away.
🛒 There is a Tesco metro 4 minutes walk, and an Aldi 6 minutes walk away.
🍽 If you have had a tiring day at work, there are restaurants / take-aways on the main street minutes away for a quick meal.

🛌 Lovely double bedroom with quality laminate flooring and comes complete a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed & mattress.

THE HOUSEMATES
