Spacious Double Room Available in a Lovely, Quiet Home

We are offering a bright and spacious double room in a welcoming house located on a peaceful street. All bills are included, and you’ll enjoy high-speed fiber internet with commercial-grade Wi-Fi.

This room is ideal for a young professional or similar.

You'll be sharing the house with us (Sophia and Alessandro) and one other housemate. There will likely be times when it's just you and the housemate, as we often visit Bristol.

The location is highly convenient: just a 10-minute walk to Thornton Heath train station, providing fast access to Central London and East Croydon. You’re also a 2-minute walk to bus stops on major routes and a short stroll to the local High Street, which features a post office, butcher, greengrocer, pharmacies, hair and beauty salons, and two large supermarkets within 10 minutes.

Additionally, there’s a gym nearby that I personally use.

The house offers shared access to an upstairs bathroom with a bath and shower, a downstairs toilet, a well-equipped kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven), and spacious living areas. You’ll also have access to a large patio garden.
