Thanks for checking out this advert! My name is Neneh (pronounced Nay-Nah) and if you’ve scrolled through all the pictures already you’ll have met my very friendly house trained cat named Tiger!

We live in the downstairs room (although Tiger has run of the house and garden but we appreciate you may not want him in your room and it’s fine to shut him out). We have a large upstairs bedroom available for a lovely lodger!

Im a female in my early 30’s and I’m half English half Jamaican. I work 5 days a week from the office. I’m quite a quiet person and spend most of my time at home reading or watching Netflix. I enjoy R&B music and eating snacks!

Bedroom 1 is occupied by my lovely lodger who is a Doctor that keeps mostly to normal working hours. She is clean and tidy, she’s quite quiet but a pure delight to be around when you do see her!

The house has been renovated just under a year ago.
We have a new modern shower room with an electric shower that has great pressure!
The kitchen diner has gas hob and electric oven, seated breakfast bar, American fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. I have plenty of crockery and cooking utensils to share if you wish.
The garden is south facing so truly delightful in the summer!

Bedroom 1 (occupied) is located upstairs at the front of the house and has laminate flooring. The room has a double bed with ottoman storage underneath, a wardrobe with a shelf, one slim chests of drawers and a bedside table.

Bedroom 2 (available) is located upstairs at the rear of the house overlooking the garden and has a built in cupboard. This room has carpeted flooring. There is a double bed & mattress with space underneath for storage, two slim chest of drawers, wardrobe with shelf and a bedside table.

Both rooms are equal in size and have locks on the doors.

Thornton Heath is multi cultural area, with a wide variety of local restaurants takeaways and shops nearby. There is a Tesco Supermarket a 12 min walk away. Thornton Heath Station is an 11 min walk away.
Mayday / Croydon University Hospital is within walking distance (both helpful if you work there or for injury)!

There is free parking on the street, although it does get a little busy.

All bills and Wifi are included in the rent ASIDE from a TV licence but you are free to get one if you would like to watch any live TV or BBCiplayer.
