Description

Myself and my friendly Ragdoll cat Violet are looking for a new housemate. We have lived with a lovely lodger from South Africa for the past year and a half but her time has come to travel back home.
I am an architect by profession and a lover of the arts. When I'm not at work, you'll often find me at a festival, gig or concert, attending a gallery opening, or enjoying a bit of nature or fresh air through walks, bike rides and occasional surfing sessions. Always up for a laugh and a good chat and enjoy sharing meals and stories. I love food and cooking and value the communal experiences food can provide for. I find joy in creating a cozy, welcoming space where friends can gather for homemade meals and lively conversations or a space for rest and quiet time.
Located on the first floor of an Edwardian Maisonette the double room looks over the properties rear garden and includes a storage cupboard.

Key Features:

Double room, available furnished or unfurnished, with a view of the private garden.
Shared spaces: Updated bathroom and kitchen with recent fittings. Separate living area for quiet relaxation. Recently refreshed décor. Private garden undergoing simple landscaping, complete with a shed for bike storage.

Neighbourhood Highlights:

Tucked away on a peaceful street with allotments at the road's end.
Just a short stroll from the vibrant Crystal Palace triangle, with independent restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarket. Nearby parks and tennis courts.
Convenient access to various transport options via nearby stations.

Important Details:

My friendly indoor ragdoll cat Violet shares the space; please note that Violet is a house cat and must be kept indoors at all times.
Smoking is permitted but outdoors only to maintain a smoke-free household.
The home hopefully offers a balance of tranquility and sociability, with occasional small gatherings and respect for personal space.

Additional Benefits:

Positioned at the end of the terrace for a peaceful atmosphere, with no upstairs neighbors and only one adjacent.
Loft space alongside shed available for storing luggage.

Location: 74 Howberry Road, CR7 8HY
