Refurbished Flat in South London

Hi there :)

I'm looking for a young professional/creative to take my room since I will be moving out next month.

My housemates are dancers, both super lovely but also busy, so the flat is mostly quiet, but when we get the chance we love our little catch-ups

The room comes unfurnished but I'm open to negotiating an affable price and leaving my furniture behind (bed, mattress, wardrobe and mirror)

Some more info on the flat:

-10-15 min walk to Thornton Heath Station with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. By the station: Tesco, Superdrug, Savers, other shops and loads of takeaways/restaurants

-3 min walk to the nearest bus stop

-LGBTQ+ friendly!

-Long term only

-Bills (water, gas, electric and wifi): approx. 100-150/month/tenant
