Hello ! We have four ensuite rooms available in the same house ! If you & your friends / family are looking to move in together this might be your place !

Please read the description below before reaching us :

The property is located 15 minutes from Crystal Palace overground ! It is a shared house with 5 en-suite rooms available . The kitchen is quite spacious same as the garden and pets call it cats or dogs are welcome in the house , as long as they are well educated and you keep clean the property.

Everything is newly refurbished and it comes furnished with Wardrobes, fridge inside, small Microwave , cabinets & double bed. It is open for single occupancy or couples. Friends in the same room are welcome too , the only thing you must be aware is that beds won't be changed.

Regarding bills : everything is included. Rent has been disclosed in the description , but basically 3 out of the 4 rooms available are £1300 and one is for £1200 , it is ensuite as well, but the bathroom is outside the room , however will be only for yourself in case you choose it.

Rent in advance ( deposit ) is one month refundable at the end of your tenancy as long as you give a 4 weeks notice and your contract will be for one year minimum with a breaking clause of 6 months.
