I am looking to rent out 2-3 double bedrooms.

I’m looking for a maximum of 4 people in the house.

The house has been fully renovated. There is a brand new kitchen, bathroom (with new pipes), new flooring, new boiler, new doors and more. New bed and mattress will be purchased for every lodger.

The house is located in a nice and quiet road, walking distance from Thornton Heath station, with multiple bus stops nearby, many shops, and Tesco Superstore within walking distance.

With public transport:
East / West Croydon Train Station: approximately 15-20 minutes.
London Victoria: 45-50 minutes
London Bridge Station: 45-50 minutes

The house is completely empty as of now.

All bills included.

3 months minimum stay. No maximum.

One month deposit & one month rent in advance required.
