Recently refurbished double room with lovely garden outlook. Includes shower and hand basin as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Toilet shared.

You will be moving into a family home. Dad, daughter and one other Spanish sharer. We are all friendly and get on well.

This would suit a more mature quiet & respectful person, no pets, no couples, no Benefits can be considered.

We do have cats but they are restricted to the downstairs area.

You have use of the kitchen the dining room, you can hang out in the lounge if you want. Garden is available for use.

Parking outside can be arranged if needed. You will be 12 min walk to Thornton Heath station and 20 minute walk to Norwood Junction (fast to London Bridge)

All bills, included except a weekly contribution towards the cleaner and cleaning products.

Under no circumstances can you be a smoker. The last tenant kept smoking in the house. So NO SMOKERS only please.
