Room in Thornton Heath for rent

I have a room for rent in a 2 bed flat in Thronton Heath. I've been living here for about a year now and made it quite cosy, but unfortunately my current flatmate has to move back home.

The flat is well maintained, with a recently renovated bathroom - everything else is in good working order and kept clean. It's owned by my dad so any issues can be dealt with swiftly.

There's also a small room that I use minly for storage, but it has a good sized desk in it that you could use to WFH.

It's 10 mins walk from Thornton Heath station, and has a lot of good shops nearby (Streatham/Crystal Palace are nearby on bus).

About me:

25 year old working in admin, so I WFH 3 days a week. Also split my weekends between here and Brighton as my girlfriend lives there, so you'd have the flat to yourself roughly every other weekend.

I cook a lot of delicious food, play football a few evenings a week and spend the rest of my time reading/watching movies/playing games. I'm pretty social but not going to force anyone who moves in to be my bestie, happy for us to live our separate lives!
