Single Room All Bills Included

The room is furnished: a single bed, quite large wardrobe, desk, swirl chair, chest of drawers, lamp. All bills are included (water, gas, electricity, broadband and TV licence).

We are looking for a friendly, clean and responsible person, non-smoker.

There is a shared living room with leather sofas, big TV and dining area. There is a nice big garden. Behind the garden there is a field, so no neighbours from the back.

The kitchen has all the appliances: oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, lots of plates and cups. There is a washing machine as well.

The house is located 15 min walk from Norbury station ( trains to Victoria station and London Bridge). There is a bus stop one min from the house - 250 to Brixton or Croydon.

Co-operative is opposite as well as some small shops and take-aways. There is a big Tesco and Lidl 15 min away, Better Gym - 5 min on bus and lots of restaurants, cinema, parks in Streatham
