Absolutely calm home, single and double room

The advert is for a double room but single occupancy. the room is spacious and large window. With a kitchen shared with another young woman/man exceptionally clean. Washing machine but no dryer. Access to the garden free parking bill included and internet.
we are quiet family made up of 2 due to my daughter being away. but comes home occasionally from university .the house is divided in two levels. we require someone calm and quiet that is looking for a home to rest recharge and be. i look after mum and teach yoga/reformer Pilates from home. We would love someone mature that comes home to recharge and be social if they wish.
