the first two weeks’ rent and the last two weeks’ rent (notice period), and
a one-off payment of £250, which will contribute towards utility bills only for the first three months of the contract.
After the third month, if you choose to continue on a rolling contract, no further utility payments will be required.
We also provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge as a courtesy. These services are not included in the rent or bills, and we do not charge for them; they are offered simply to maintain our standard.
All flatmates are young professionals who are clean and respectful, and we are keen to keep the household to the same standard.
