The rent includes bills, and you'll be able to access a shared living room, well equipped kitchen and shower / toilet, and a back garden.
We value privacy and comfort, and I'm hoping to find someone that's looking for a nice restful place to call home. I'm a live-out landlord, so the house is usually shared with one other person aside from a couple of months a year.
Very close to local amenities and transport links, with Mayday hospital 8min walk away, perfect for NHS staff working at Croydon Hospital. Please get in touch to view as soon as possible

- 8 min walk to Thornton Heath train station, approx 30 mins to Victoria, 40mins to London Bridge
