You will be sharing the following: - TV/Living room area, kitchen, fridge and freezer, toilet on ground floor, bathroom on first floor. You will have your own lockable food cupboard. You will also have access to the garden, which is currently a work in progress. The live in landlady has a cat which lives outside in his own little cat house, he does come inside occasionally but he only spends time under the chair in the kitchen sleeping when inside.

The property is situated near to fantastic transport links where you can get buses 289, 109, 60, 250, 198 on London Road to Croydon and Purley/Streatham/Brixton etc. You can get a 450 Bus on Bensham Lane to Crystal Palace/Sydenham. Or you can go to West Croydon on the 289, 109, 60, 250, 198 or 450 to catch a Tram to Wimbledon/Addiscombe etc or catch a train from West Croydon Station to pick up the Overground to Whitechapel where you can pick up the Elizabeth Line or Dalston Junction Station. Or you can get a train from East Croydon Station where you can get a fast train to Clapham Junction or Victoria or a fast train to Gatwick Airport or Brighton. There is also Thornton Heath Station which is nearby where you can get trains to Clapham Junction/Victoria/Watford Junction.

The property backs on to Croydon University Hospital. There is a GP nearby and 2 chemists one of which opens at 8.00 am and closes at 10.00 pm Monday to Sunday.

There is an M&S and Costa Coffee in the hospital and a Tesco’s nearby on London Road. As well as 2 local convenient shops, a dry cleaners, 3 takeaway shops and a barbers nearby on Bensham Lane.

Your housemates will be the landlady. Her son also lives there but only stays one night every 3 months or so.

The property is in tax Band C. All the Utility Bills are included in the rent.
