We’re a live-in landlord couple with a lovely furnished room available in our spacious 5-bed terraced house.

Looking for a single female lodger who’s tidy, considerate, and easy-going.

✅ Peaceful, friendly home atmosphere in our newly furnished and newly renovated home
✅ Quiet residential street near shops & Norbury station (Thornton Heath Station and Bus 50) are all close by and a short walk away with on-street parking available on the road
✅ Ideal for working professionals, NHS staff, or PhD students looking for easy access to Central London or Croydon

Other details about the household:
✅ We are a South Asian British couple following a Halal diet so a vegan/vegetarian is preferred (also no alcohol in the house)
✅ We are both working professionals so a Mon-Fri let would be preferable (but not necessary) for our potential lodger (options can be discussed)
✅ The room is currently fully furnished (brand new chest of double drawers, bed, mattress & wardrobe already setup)
