You will be sharing the kitchen and patio. You have your own kitchen cupboard, share a fridge freezer with the other tenant (1 Fridge/ Freezer per 2 tenants)

All Bills are included, fast internet (1 GB Wifi) and washing machine.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and responsible person. Needs to be employed and bank statements required for the last 3 months. 2 weeks deposit required.

We prefer not to have any visitors to our house as we unfortunately had bad experience with previous tenants.
