Great self contained property for rent

This cute little granny flat right on the edge of Crystal Palace and Thornton Heath is down the bottom of a garden and is very peaceful being away from the road and other houses.

We are looking for very responsible renters as you would be in close proximity to the landlord and would be sharing the front door.

Needless to say that this is not a party house and a mature responisble tenent is key. In return you would be getting a great quiet place which is pretty large and ideal for a couple or one person who wants peace and quiet.

The bills are not included with the rent

Transport -
15 mins from Thornton Heath station but...also 15 minutes from Crystal Palace and all the nice restaurants in the Triangle.

Buses to London include the amazing x68 which is an express bus all the way to Waterloo and beyond.

I would be living in the place but alas have to leave the country to work so I am writing this as to get the best replacement to stay and be nice tenets for the landlord.
